NOTES
Additional Information:1998-
The Eau Claire USARC consists of 2 buildings: the training and administration building (AHI #139858) and an Organizational Maintenance Shop (this entry). The buildings are in good condition, but have no significant architectural character or merit. The area immediately surrounding the buildings is covered by asphalt or concrete. The land has been significantly altered by construction activities and grading for parking areas. The facility is located in a residential area.

The Organizational Maintenance Shop functions as a vehicle maintenance facility for Eau Claire USARC. Constructed in 1958, it is a one-story rectangular building with a poured concrete foundation and concrete block walls with a brown brick veneer. Brick pilasters are located around the perimeter of the building. Two metal overhead-retractable bay doors are located on the west wall. A metal pedestrian door is located on the north wall. Fenestrations include six eight-light glass block windows on the east wall. A low-pitch shed roof covers the structure.
