Additional Information:SANBORN MAPS SHOW THAT THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT BETWEEN 1925 AND 1941. Previously surveyed in 2005.

[2007] - This one-and-one-half story residence is sheathed with irregularly stacked, quarried limestone. The facade is comprised of two projecting front gables that extend from a side-gabled block. The smaller gable holds a pointed-arch entry, while the other carries a pair of windows on the first level with a small rectilinear opening rests in the gabled peak. A small, side-gabled wing extends from the northern elevation of the house, while a stone chimney is located at its juncture with the main block.

The first known owners were Mary Heeg in 1949 and Herman Cornelius from 1955 to 1970.
