This one and a half story building is designed in the Collegiate Gothic and Tudor Revial styles. The structure features an unspecified stone foundation, a brick exterior a concrete trim and a tile covered gable roof. Other architectural elements include dormers, parapets, exposed rafter ends, a todor arched entrance and string courses. The builder of this structure was Alexander C. Eschweiler.
