Additional Information:2001-
2-story commercial building constructed of brick and topped by a stepped parapet. Modernized 2-level storefront is faced with pebbledash stucco and includes glass block and five triangular windows. Above the storefront is a wrap-around, metal-clad pent overhang with a wooden sign bearing the name of the business operating inside (currently His 'N Hers" hair styling salon).

the seond story bears the original brick face and three pairs of double-hung, 1-over-1 sashes within a decorative stone surround. There is carved stone ornamentation between each pair of windows and a stone beltcourse runs between runs between the windows and the stone-topped parapet.

During the survey for the 2001 WisDOT project no evidence was found to support eligibility of the house for listing on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). A formal Determination of Eligibility (DOE) was not recommended.
