NOTES
Additional Information:DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE PROBABLY NEWER THAN THE BUILDING.

THIS BUILDING WAS BUILT AS AN AUTOMOBILE SHOWROOM BETWEEN 1914 AND 1931. THE AUTO GARAGE WAS IN THE BUILDING NEXT DOOR AT 200 S. DIVISON ST. (AHI # 137424)

2019 - A building with two distinct components, cars were purchased and repaired at this property. This structure is that part to the south which was the automobile showroom. It was an unadorned building of glazed tile laid in a running bond. Its primary feature was a large window in which cars could be displayed, immediately to the left (north) of which was a pedestrian door. Constructed on a concrete slab, the display window has been infilled with unsympathetic, white, [likely] aluminum or vinyl clapboard-type siding and now claims three, symmetrically placed, casement windows. The doorway to the left has also been partially infilled, thus reducing its height.
