Additional Information:2023: This one and one-half story side-gabled house was constructed circa 1920. It is L-shaped in plan consisting of the principal side-gabled volume and a one-story partial-width front-gabled enclosed entrance porch. The exterior is clad in a brick veneer with a brick belt course at the base of the first story. The roof widely overhangs the house with eaves that have been closed with metal soffit. A shed roof dormer rises from the north roof slope. The windows. Since 2005, most of the windows have been replaced with one-over-one hung vinyl sash windows that are dissimilar in lite-configuration, material, and profile. 2005: REPLACEMENT WINDOWS IN DORMER.
