CORBELLED CORNICE,SEGMENTAL ARCH WINDOWS AND BLIND 1ST FLR ARCADED TRANSOMS OVER DOORS. BUILT BY OWNERS OF 1ST CHAIR FACTORY. SITE OF 1ST CATHOLIC CHURCH SERVICES AND SCHOOL ROOMING HOUSE, WHICH CATERED TO SAILORS [Date Cnst:CA. 1855]. Sanborn maps show that by 1883 the first story was divided into two commercial spaces housing a printing shop and a millinery shop while the upper two floors were vacant.
