Additional Information: | This highly intact house is one-and-one-half-stories-tall, has a rectilinear plan, is clad completely in tapestry brick, and is sheltered by a jerkinhead gable main roof. The symmetrically designed east-facing main facade is dominated by a large, centered, jerkinhead gable-roofed ell that contains the house's main entrance in its first story. This entrance is sheltered by an open entrance porch whose hip roof is upheld by two large brick piers and this porch is flanked on either side by a large, original, triple-window group that is composed of a large center light that is surmounted by a transom and which has a smaller one-over-one-light double hung wood sash window placed on either side (2005). |
