Additional Information: | Highly intact Bungalow style house with gable ends clad in wood shingles. An intact garage/workshop is located behind that is sided in wood. The house is one-and-one-half stories tall, has a rectilinear plan, and a first story that is clad in brick. The house is sheltered by a jerkinhead gable main roof that also has jerkinhead roof dormers placed on it that face east and west, and both the main gable ends and the dormers are clad in wood shingles. Windows are five-over-one-light double hung sash throughout and the entrance on the south-facing main facade is sheltered by an open entrance porch whose jerkinhead gable roof is upheld by two large brick piers. In addition to the house there is also an intact clapboard-clad garage/workshop building located on the grounds as well and it too is in original, well maintained condition (2005). |
