Additional Information: | High degree of integrity and a good example of the Bungalow style. Has retained most original windows, umbraged porch, and exposed tail rafters. This house was likely built by Phillip Menzner, Jr., son of local lumber baron Phillip Menzner, Sr. of the Menzner Lumber Company. The home of Phillip, Sr., at 105 Main Street, is known as the Fricke-Menzner House and was listed on the NRHP in 1992. |
