Additional Information:This property consists of a ranch style unit that includes an office with four rental units, 10 individual cabins (built one-by-one in the 1950s), a large, 1988, two-story, multiple-unit building, a small garage and 1950s-era signage. The motel will be closing as of the end of the year and will be torn down. The original owner was Pat Murphy. The next known owners were John and Marie Gand. Their daughter, Alex Chapman, currently runs the motel.
