Additional Information:Believed to be the oldest building in Franksville. Used as a tavern for over 100 years. Built for Mr. Langlord. Owned by Charles and Sophia Gutknecht in the late 19th century. They later sold it to their son Fred and wife Katherine. The building had a boomtown facade at the start of the 20th century.
