Aluminum covers the eaves and their returns. A tall brick wall chimney and third gabled block are positioned on the east elevation. Fenestration consists of one-over-one and six-over-one sash. The first house constructed within the proposed district, John G. and Meta Landgraf built this house in 1925 and lived here until at least 1940. Landgraf worked as a foreman at the Sheboygan Dairy Products Company.
