Additional Information: | The City of Sheboygan Board of Public Works sought proposals to sell the Whitcomb Avenue Sewage Pumping Station property in 1938. The pump house was converted into a single family residence by 1940, when city directories list the property as owned and occupied by John A. Ratz with the address 606 Whitcomb Avenue. City directories list Ratz at the house through 1949, at which time the property’s address appears to have been renumbered to 604 Whitcomb Avenue. |
