Additional Information:Leach was the proprietor of the Hartford Tanning Co. It was established in 1895 and he operated it until 1929 when it was sold. He continued to carry on a small fur-dressing and glove-making business in his house until his death on 8/25/1937. The house was then purchased by Edward Wenzel, an employee of the Kissel Motor Car Co. He later worked at the West Bend Aluminum Co.
