Additional Information: | 2021 - AHI #127738 is a c.1900, one-and-one-half-story vernacular house. It has an L-shaped footprint, concrete block foundation, vinyl siding, and side gabled roof with a gabled rear wing. On the primary (west) elevation the front slope of the roof extends over a full-width enclosed porch with six-over-one vinyl windows. A small gable is above the central front entrance. A prominent shed-roof dormer with two pairs of vinyl casement windows lights the upper half story. On the side (south) elevation is a small gabled porch with concrete steps, simple turned balustrades, and turned details under the roofline. The fenestration pattern on this side of the building is irregular and includes one-over-one vinyl windows in pairs or groups of three. |
