NOTES
Additional Information:This house contributes to the proposed Jefferson Avenue Historic Districtas an interesting example of the Tudor Revival style. The house has an interesting rusticated brick exterior to give the building an historic appearance, one of the variations of the style. The paired windows also mimic casements, an important element of the style.

Leonard Jones was a osteopathic physician. In 1930 the house included Leonard and Janet, and Opal Short, a servant.
