NOTES
Additional Information:This house contributes to the architectural significance of the proposed Jefferson Avenue Historic District as an interesting example of the Tudor Revival style. This basic gabled ell form house has a stone veneer to reflect the English castle version of the style. The wood shingle roof and inset second story window on the main elevation are details that suggest the style. Paired four-light windows suggest the casements of the style and the steeply-pitched shallow entry pavilion has a round arched door and flared walls that also suggest the Tudor Revival style. A stone veneer garage also sits on the property.
