NOTES
Additional Information:This building contributes to the architectural significance of the Columbus Circle Historic District as a house with a "Cape Cod" form, but with Tudor Revival-influenced details. The brick exterior is either made from used bricks or new bricks that have been distressed. The steeply-pitched gable roof of the entry pavilion and the entry with the irregular rusticated stone block surround is a detail the suggests the Tudor Revival style. There is a large brick chimney at the west gable end.
