August 2003-This one story brick building, topped by a flat roof, features a central door of metal and glass flanked by fixed pane windows on its front façade. The windows remaining on all brick facades are mostly paired, six over six double hung and original fixed pained windows with awnings.

Built in 1948 according to Assessment rolls, it originally was part of the Butler Lumber Company and was also occupied by Hunzinger Construction.
