Additional Information:A site file exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation.

This three-and-one-half story, front-gabled grist mill rests on a raised fieldstone foundation. There is a small brick chimney on the south end. There has been a concerted effort since 1999 to restore the mill. Restoration efforts include the installation of a new cedar roof, including rafter and roof board repair, as well as stone foundation repair. Much of the original equipment remains inside the mill.
