Resurveyed in 2009. No alterations. "Small twentieth-century commercial brick retail building (c. 1930) with flat roof and shaped parapet with concrete coping. Two large storefront windows flank the recessed front door. The windows and door are capped with glass transoms. Decorative brickwork surrounds the windows, and a stone inset is present at the upper corners."

Resurveyed in 2013. No visible alterations except for large crack in right storefront window.
