NOTES
Additional Information:Plans on file in the Wisconsin Architectural Archives; 1950 addition designed by Harry Ollrogge

As of the 2014, the two-story side-gabled mass containing the entrance has been altered to a cross-gable where the dormers have been removed and a front gable has been added. Below a one-story front porch has been added and wraps around to a recent front-gabled addition. Modern French doors have been located underneath the porch at the north end of the first story of the original house. Octagonal windows are centered in both front gables. The composition of the north wing appears to be largely unchanged and still contains the gabled dormers; however, the shutters have been removed from all windows throughout the house.
