Additional Information:July-August 2001-This one-story cube vernacular brick house displays a shingled hip roof, a gable roofed open front porch supported by brick columns placed on the brick rail and a concrete foundation. This well-preserved house is characterized by plain rectangular windows with four vertical lights over clear plate glass.

This well-preserved vernacular brick side gabled house does not meet the criteria for the National Register for architectural significance (Criterion C) because it is not a significant example of its style or a significant example of a type of construction.
