Additional Information:This house was built in 1891, according to tax assessor's records. The first owner on record was Mary Sorenson; however, she sold to Phares Peterson in 1913. Peterson lived in the home until at least 1957. After working at the Bank of North Lake as a cashier for twenty years, he became the president--a position he held for the next twenty years. REC said NE on 12/11/2002.
