Also on property is c. 1890s dairy barn (AHI 122935), a pair of silos, three animal barns, and a modern large pole barn and a modern animal barn.

The first plat to indicate a potential farmstead at this site was in 1895, which identified W.N. Uren as the owner. Observation of the extant structures supports a ca. 1895 date of construction. In 1901, the tract was owned by T.N. Uren, who retained it into the 1940s. By 1956, the property was held by Belle Uren.
