NOTES
Additional Information:Barn is AHI #122919.

The earliest plat (1870) indicates that this farmstead was owned by J. Wallis, who presumably passed it on to his wife, Elizabeth, prior to 1895. The property remained part of the J. Wallis estate until at least 1915. In 1920, ownership had fallen to R.D. James, who held it into the 1930s. By 1944, A.T. Spang farmed the tract, who sold it to A.R. Millard prior to 1956.
