Additional Information: | 2002: The lack of auxiliary outbuildings prevents the property from being an example of an historic farm layout. An 1893 plat was the first map to indicate the presence of a farmstead on this location. It consisted of a 16.65 acre plot owned by F.Kimmerting. By 1915, the property had passed onto A. Kimmerting who held it until at least 1919. By 1926, a plat map only indicates the property owner as "E.D." In 1939, a plat states that "L.D." owned the parcel, who most likely passed it on to someone identified only as "P.P." by 1955. No information on any of these individuals was located. |
