NOTES
Additional Information:November 2001-This two-story, frame Italianate house appears to have been built c. 1875. It is clad with clapboards and exhibits a broad cornice board with paired, scrolled brackets. The low-pitched, hip roof is covered with asphalt shingles. The house rests on a fieldstone foundation. Simple, pedimented classical surrounds frame the windows. The fenestration is regular and consists of 1/1 and 2/2 double-hung windows. The 1/1 windows likely are replacements. An enclosed, c. 1925 porch with 3/1 double-hung sash is found on the west-facing (front) façade of the house. The porch is front-gabled with a closed pediment and sits on a poured concrete foundation.
