NOTES
Additional Information:November 2001-This one-story, flat-roofed, brick-finished, Modern Broadfront building appears to have been built c. 1925. The building rests on a poured concrete foundation and the rear half is constructed of textured concrete block. The east-facing (front) façade exhibits a single, centrally-placed door flanked by what was a display window (north) and a garage door (south). Both openings have been reduced with wood and now hold small, single-pane windows. A brick soldier course forms a continuous lintel above the openings. Brickwork in a basket weave pattern is found above storefront level and on the parapet. A stone coping tops the parapet.

Statement of Significance: The presence of what was clearly a garage door suggests that this building was constructed for an auto service business. In 1931, an auto sales and service shop was located here. The 1927 edition of the Wisconsin State Gazetteer and Business Directory lists two auto sales and service businesses in Randolph: I.E. Huff and E. J. Williams and Co. Maas Motors occupied this building in 1966.
