Additional Information:January 2002-This one and one-half story Craftsman style residence was constructed c. 1920. It is frame construction and rests on a stone foundation. The building is clad in clapboard and displays endboards and a band of trim at the lintel level. The roof is side-gabled and displays overhanging eaves and exposed rafters. A shed dormer with a band of three windows is centrally located on the façade. A one-story, front gable, frame garage, c. 1920, is located at the rear of the property.

Statement of Significance: This property was evaluated for the NRHP under Criterion C. It is a modest example of a Craftsman bungalow style, lacking sufficient architectural interest to qualify for listing on the NRHP. No evidence was found to suggest that the house qualifies for the NRHP under Criterion A or B. A DOE is not recommended.
