Additional Information: | April 2001-This one-and-one-half-story, frame, Dutch Colonial Revival House appears to date from c. 1920. The house rests on a stuccoed foundation, is finished with narrow clapboards and trimmed with cornice boards. The front-gambrel roof is surfaced with asphalt shingles and exhibits a cross-gambrel, on which a skylight (not original) appears. The house features grouped and single casement windows. These are replacements made to look like multipane windows, but without true divided lights. A wall dormer capped with skylights is found on the north-facing (side) façade. A hip-roofed porch extends across the front façade. The porch displays stuccoed closed rails and brick piers. It is enclosed with awning and casement windows (not original). |
