Additional Information:A Ca. 1970s, aluminum-sided addition, as well as a ca. 1990 brick garage extend from the rear of the residence.

Historic plat maps indicate that the parcel's owner was W. Vetter and that there were no structures on this property until 1902. Indeed, the basement barn at the rear of the parcel has a datestone of 1904. By 1916, P. Abers purchased the property and, by 1920, John Meilahn obtained it. Twenty-one years later, in 1941, Ernst A. Kothke had obtained possession of the property.
