NOTES
Additional Information:2000/2001

Although the name of Rock (also noted as Rocke) appears on plat maps as early as 1862, a structure is not noted until 1875. P. Rocke owned the parcel until at least 1889 and, it is during his ownership that the house, as well as the structures immediately surrounding it, were likely built. By 1889, F. Fedemey purchased the parcel; however, by 1902 it was occupied by E. Eada Meyer. The Klein family obtained the property by no later than 1916 and held it until at least 1950.

No information was uncovered to substantiate the properties eligibility under either Criterion A or B. Lacking any significant features, and with a series of additions, this gabled-ell (T-plan) is an undistinguished example of the buildings form. Although featuring a significant number of outbuildings, neither their composition (likely erected between 1870s and 1950s) or layout suggest eligibility under Criterion C.
