Like many of its neighbors, this home was also constructed in 1917. Built for Fred C. Stark, this home was occupied by the Stark family into the 1930s. Fred and his wife Otella had at least two sons (Ralph and Fred A.) the latter of which died at the age of 18 in 1918. The home was used as a rental property in the 1940s; however, by no later than 1950, it was purchased by Mrs. Olga Lavine, was also occupied the one-family dwelling.
