Additional Information:Built prior to 1884. Resurveyed 2016: Subsequent changes include the removal of a vinyl awning that spanned the façade above the first story. This 2-story Boomtown-style building was constructed c.1880. It is rectangular in plan with vinyl siding and a flat roof that features a slight parapet. The front elevation faces north and is symmetrical in plan with a central, recessed doorway flanked by large shop windows (with transoms) at the first story and two modern 1-over-1 windows with decorative shutters at the second story. Decorative brackets are located at regular intervals below the cornice. 2017: No apparent changes since 2016 survey. 2022: Not resurveyed.
