Bibliographic References:2001: 1914, 1925 Sanborn maps; built between 1914 and 1925. 2017: assessor's information dates the house to 1921. The Michiels' are verified as living here as of the 1930 census. They wed in 1922 and had their first child in 1923 (per a Michiels family tree); likely that they had the house--although not confirmed.
