Resurveyed 2016: The Sisters of St. Boniface Convent was constructed in 1919 in a Two Story Cube style. It is rectangular in plan with red brick walls and an asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces north and is symmetrical in plan. A slightly recessed front door is flanked by brick pilasters and round wooden columns with a wooden entablature above. A set of concrete steps with metal hand rails provides access to the front door. Pairs of 6-over-1 windows are located on either side of the entry. The second story contains three pairs of regularly spaced 6-over-1 windows.
