Originally a one-story triple store building built for W. P. Call to replace buildings destroyed by the 4/23/1882 fire. The north two stores were remodeled into the Majestic Theater, a Tudor Revival style-influenced building designed by Foeller-Schober and Berners during the 1920s. This building was subsequently remodeled again in 1959 as the Contemporary Style De Pere Savings & Loan building. The third store (south) was also remodeled at some point and had a second story inserted into it.
