Rises from fieldstone foundation with clapboard on main facade and drop siding on remaining elevations. Carved wooden brackets adorn the gabled parapet. Porch supported by square posts and features wooden balustrade. Balcony on west facade.

Built in 1888 as Kellogg's Dry Goods Store by Erastus Kellogg. Charles Job operated a harness repair business beginning in 1895. During 1920s or 1930s the original storefront was removed.
