| Additional Information: | Located on an abandoned Northern Pacific Railroad line and built in 1921, this structure employs four, short, timber pile bent approach spans to the east and west, as well as a single, prominent Warren deck truss. Structural members are comprised of both rolled and built-up "I" beams. All connections are riveted. The integrity of the bridge appears to be good, although a new railing appears to have been installed since the abandoned line now serves as a recreation trail. Northern Pacific Railway Historical Association online records indicate this bridge was originally constructed in 1895 as Bridge #107 across Fallon Creek at Fallon, Montana. It was replaced at that location, and moved for reuse to Wisconsin in 1921. |
