NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' titled "West Racine Commercial Historic District" exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Resurveyed 2015.

2015- "This one-stmy modern commercial building was constructed in 1996. It has a flat roof and irregular footprint. The nmiheast corner is cut away for a glazed storefront that faces to the street intersection. The exterior walls of the building are clad in a synthetic stucco material. The flat roof has edges trimmed with a shelf molding and a paneled frieze wraps the building below it. On the cut-away elevation, a shallow entrance pavilion projects from its center. The pavilion is arched and features Ionic pilasters. The entrance itself is a metal framed tinted glazed door and widow. Flanking the entrance pavilion are paired tinted fixed windows. Opposite the cutaway is a concrete balustrade that marks the property line at the northeast corner and forms a small patio. This corner also features a backlit sign placed high on a metal pole."
