Resurveyed 2015. 2015- "This two-story Front Gabled house was constructed in 1920. It has a rectilinear footprint that is expanded by a one story enclosed porch spanning the full width of the facade. The porch has a front gable roof that is supported by brick posts. The house has a front gable roof that extends forward to incorporate a box bay window that projects from the facade. The roof slopes are sheathed in asphalt shingles, the exterior walls are clad in vinyl siding, and the foundation is brick. The windows on the porch are fixed, vinyl clad, and single lights.
