Additional Information: | 2015- "This one-and-one-half-story, front gable Bungalow was constructed in 1928. It has a rectilinear footprint that is enlarged by a screened front porch on the north side of the facade. The porch is sheltered by a front gable roof that is supported by wood columns resting on brick posts. The walls between the brick posts are wood-sided. The front gable of the house is sheathed with asphalt shingles and features a gable dormer on the south elevation. Exterior walls are clad with clapboard siding, and the foundation is constructed of brick. Most of the windows of the house are vinyl replacement sashes. One-over-one windows are present on the first floor and dormer, while the second story of the facade features a horizontal sliding window. The south elevation features a boxed bay window, centered under the dormer, and a string of three wood casement windows on its east half. Also associated with the property is a one-car garage located southwest of the house. It has a front gable roof, clapboard siding, and an overhead door." - "Washington Ave (STH 20), Roosevelt Ave to West Blvd", WISDot #2440-09-00, Prepared by Shelley Greene (2015). |
