NOTES
Additional Information:2015- "This one-and-one-half-story Bungalow was constructed in 1922. It has a rectangular footprint that is enlarged by a one story open porch on the north half of the facade. The porch has a front gable roof with a rake molding and wide eaves. The roof is supported by battered posts atop brick piers. A run of stairs flanked by brick walls spans the width of the porch, while the rest of the deck is encircled by a wood railing. The house has a side gable roof that is pierced by a shed dormer on the facade slope. Exterior materials on the house include an asphalt shingle roof, clapboard siding, and a brick foundation. Windows are one-over-one wood sashes and feature a modest shelf molding. A canted bay window is placed on the south half of the facade. The primmy entrance is under the porch, it consists of a partially glazed wood door flanked by sidelights and capped by a shelf molding."
