2012- "This is a one-story cube style structure built in 1879 by John Ellison, considered the founder of the town. Today, the structure serves as a residence. The structure was surveyed in 1975 and there is no evaluation on record. Current designs call for overhead installation of the fiber optic cable to occur on existing utility lines approximately 20 feet west of the structure within the STH 42 right-of-way."
