2019
This Commercial Vernacular building was constructed in 1929. The two-story building features a flat roof with red brick on the primary south-facing façade and cream brick behind, all laid in a common bond. The primary façade is symmetrical, with a central arched entrance with brick and cast stone detailing. Two evenly-spaced windows flank each side of the entryway, with five evenly spaced windows on the second story above. Windows throughout are single-pane aluminum replacements, although the window openings have not been altered, and feature flat soldier brick lintels and cast stone sills. A painted sign for a prior electrical business is still visible on the western façade of the building.
