Additional Information: | 2023: Resurveyed for the Franklin Street - W. Green Bay Street Residential Historic District DOE. The L.C. Tonne House is a two-story, Colonial Revival style house constructed in 1923. The house has a rectilinear footprint resting on a stone foundation, with walls clad in vinyl replacement siding, and is covered by a side-gabled roof with brackets and roof returns. The symmetrical façade is comprised of three fenestration bays containing eight-over-one, double hung windows with storm covers, and the main entry. The entry is sheltered by a front-gabled roof supported by turned wood posts and accessed by concrete steps with modern metal railings. |
