It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the State Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation. Resurveyed 2011. Windows on north and east elevations have been altered. Rolltop doors on north elevation have been removed. Building is clad in synthetic stucco. Address note: although the building's legal address is still listed as 100 N. Marshall St., the Marshall Street right-of-way is currently located under parking lots and is no longer visible. For visual reference, the building is located on the south side of the L-shaped intersection of present-day E. Polk St. and N. Harbor Drive.
