| Additional Information: | The building's initial tenants are unknown; however, as of 1908, the east storefront was occupied by Charles Mandelker, dealer in furniture and stoves, while the west was the watch, clock & jewelry shop of Casimir Meller. As of 1910, Rudzinski himself had moved his real estate office into the building, and his family in one of the living quarters on the upper floors. Rudzinski died on 29 October 1917. |
